- Assistant Manager must have deep knowledge of inventory, anticipated demand and suggested purchase.
- Technical knowledge of MRP and SAP operations.
- Suggest changes to warehouse inventory to deal with reduced or increased demand.
- Must be able to work under pressure and motivate others to meet tight deadlines.
- Must have excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Must have ability to make decisions and and result driven approaches.
